Just a little within1000days.com readers-service with an update from the biggest poker event ever on danish soil - the EPT Copenhagen:

EPT Copenhagen started out earlier today with 230 players battling it out on day 1A at Casino Copenhagen.

With 5 hands left for the day 85 survived day 1A it looks like we have a danish chipleader in Peter Easgate (he doesn’t sound danish though) with 79.700 chips. Among those who busted on day 1 of the EPT Copenhagen are the following prominent names:

- Daniel Negreanu
- Lars Bønding
- Philip Hilm (Made it to the FT of the WSOP ME 2007)
