Inspired by Bond18’s article series on tworags.com, on this page, I’ll make a “list” of concepts/strategies/tips/tricks etc. that took me WAY too long (and too much money) to learn. I will do my best to update the page on a weekly basis, so that when the project is finished, hopefully I have a complete list of good advices for poker “beginners”
1. Bankroll Management IS Poker
It took me around 2 years and a lot of wasted money (they even did an article on it in the Danish poker magazine AceMag) to realize that the bankroll management is BY FAR the most important concept in the world of poker! Even if you are Phil Ivey you will run into streaks where you will loose several buyins. So, protect your bankroll, I know I’ll protect mine!
